I love reading all kinds of fiction - nothing like fiction to spark one's imagination.  Some of my favorite books range from the Dumas swashbucklers (that's the kid in me) to more extensive things like "The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Klay," The Dune series, Amitav Ghosh's books, The Corrections and more.Of recent movies, I just saw Margin Call and that really got under my skin in an odd way. And while i have *no* sympathy for the ultra-rich financiers, that movie humanized them.Music wise, I'm a huge fan of classical music and italian opera in particular. I love most kinds of music but am especially passionate about opera. I make it a point to attend a concert/opera on my travels.
