ABOUT ME

I'm 22 years old Finnish student studying abroad in Lyon for one semester. I want to see France and Central/Southern Europe as much as I can within these 5 months I'm in here. I might seem a bit shy at first but I enjoy having a good chat. I try to understand how things work in life.. Lately, I've been interested in world politics (even that i know way too little about the subject), recent chaos in economy (about that i know something), possible new ways to create energy (i've been wondering when we'll find some alternatives) and of course I've always been interested in sports (ice-hockey, football, ski-jump, formula one, tennis etc..)
I love to have a dinner together with my friends (perhaps a bottle or two of wine) and then go out to some nice place to have good time. I would describe myself as an ordinary Finnish becouse I like to go out a lot and I haven't seen anything I wouldn't drink yet. No, wait, actually I have; It's called absinth. :D Apart from that anything goes.

PHILOSOPHY

I personally think that everyone is somehow connected to each other on this globe.

You don't need to be friends with everyone but you shouldn't be an enemy to anyone.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate by meeting people and learning their ways of thinking. I might have some interesting points of view to share too.
When i'll get back to Finland and find a place to live, I'll be able to offer my couch too. Oh, and I'll need to buy one.

Interests

Sports, watch and to do. Lately Finnish human rights situation, global issues as oilpeak, greenhouse effect, politics and economy crisis.

To go out and party, or just have a party in someone's home. Oh, and I love coffee so I guess that's an interest too.

Music, Movies, and Books

Last movie I saw was: something something de Benjamin Button, and I liked that very much.. It was in France but was spoken in English. I couldn't understand a whole movie in French yet.
As music I usually listen what my friends are listening, becouse I'm too lazy to search good songs by myself. Recently I've been listening French reggea. I also like rap and R & B and sometimes even groove.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just going to study abroad. I'm living my dream now.. :)
