We are two friends, Tavo and Andrey. We have lived together for four years in a comfortable and beautiful house in Paseo Colón, one of the most strategic areas in the city. The house is located in Third and Fifth Avenue and 34th street. It is five minutes away from San Jose (walking distance) 20 minutes from the airport and close to the main cities, Heredia and Escazú. The main road to important beaches in Guanacaste and Puntarenas is also very close. Another characteristic of Paseo Colón is the unique combination of being a quiet and a friendly neighborhood and having access to cultural activities. The house is 3 blocks away from La Sabana, Costa Rica’s largest and most significant urban park. La Sabana is considered "the lungs of San José". A large lake, several sports fields, running and skating tracks, and a shooting range are also inside its boundaries. Located in an excellent touristic and commercial area with easy access to services (banks, ATM machines, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, museums, gas stations, shops, public transportation). The house has big spaces and a backyard, which is a luxury in this area. Wooden floors and a very airy feeling with great natural light.
