Figure out what my current mission is.
I am open-minded, imaginative and curious. I typically am able to appreciate the beauty in everything and I think life is hilarious, so I am always looking for opportunities to laugh at it. My yoga practice is where I have found my backbone and I am learning to stretch (pun intended) my many discoveries from the mat into my life. I long to get back to basics, back in tune with Mother Earth and so I live my life in that way the best I can. I love to inspire people and make them laugh just as much as I love being inspired and laughing.
Lately I find myself shedding fears and self-limiting beliefs, getting in tune with the core of who I am and taking baby steps toward my dreams each day. I want to connect! To myself, to you, to Earth and all of its inhabitants.
Do as you do, be as you may... but don't be an ass about it. Respect all forms of life and respect all forms of death. Go with the flow and always try your best.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm just getting started.
I have yet to surf but I have hosted a little. My first guest became a part of what I consider to be my "soul tribe" and the last guest never showed up. You win some, you lose some.
To WWOOF around the world! That's number one on my mind lately - gotta get my hands in the dirt and learn homesteading skills! I'm interested in attending yoga and meditation retreats, experiencing more caving, climbing and bouldering (all of which are new to me), and would love to attend Burning Man and The Rainbow Gathering.
Some simple things that bring me joy: the sound of people playing with instruments, aliens, expressions of personal style, the sky - especially the moon, leisurely bike rides, bugs, hugs, cooking, daydreams of Iceland, having plants around, having friends around, having my cat on cat-nip around.. you know, the things that never fail to lift your mood.
Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Wristcutters: A Love Story, Howls Moving Castle, Craigslist Joe, SLC Punk, 180° South anddd it isn't a movie but I lovelovee Adventure Time!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Two friends and I decided to leave Cincinnati one night to go to the beach. We arrived at a nature preserve in Virginia beach around seven in the morning, spent the day bummin' around then piled in the car and drove back home after the sun set. It's definitely a favorite memory!
Teach, Learn, Share
We can share stories, meals, rides, laughs and ideas! I can offer some guidance for yoga asana, teach some things about crystals and am would love to cook you a yummy meal.
I seek to learn about nomadic travel, homesteading, language, yoga, and writing. Show me your favorite hobby, movie, a favorite part from a favorite book... I'm open to learn just about anything anyone is willing to teach!
