I'm in exploration mode at the moment.
I'm an outgoing guy, French-American, enthusiastic, driven, and and an eternal optimist.
I believe that in most cases being happy is a conscious decision.
I am pretty entrepreneurial in most situations, and have little or no interest in status quo.
I tend to get obsessed with a new passion on a regular basis.
I like to try/learn new things.
I love cultures and people in general. What's underneath.
I'm also a musician, singer/songwriter in the making. I'm part of an indie/folk band called The Lucky Little Band (based in Paris).
You can check it out here : http://luckylittleband.com (music/videos)
I'm currently living a 15 year old dream, living a nomadic life travelling around the world while making a living. (In addition, I get to do it with my girlfriend)
Though I loove a good party once in a while, I pick a nice walk, just a couple of drinks, a good discussion, a good night rest, (you get the vibe) most of the time.
I like to try and get the most I can out of life.
I like learning.
I like feeling in shape.
I like people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I haven't crashed on a couch yet, though I've met up with a couple of couchsurfers on previous occasions.
I like the vibe of the community.
I have somewhat of an obsessive personality in that I can get obsessed with a new project, sport, language, challenge, etc. in a freakishly short timeframe. I also tend to go ahead and execute on it very quickly.
I LOVE learning.
I love the liberty the web gives me, as well as the amount of information and education I get access to.
I have a thing for personal development. Mostly the "get more out of life" part, more than "enlightenment" or "super productivity".
I'm crazy for most sports that involve gliding, such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, wake-boarding, waterskiing, surfing, skiing, snowboarding, etc.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've skydived over 30 times. flying over Corsica (French island in the Mediterranean sea) probably being my most mindblowing jump.
I've bungee jumped of one of the highest bridges in the world, in between Zambia and Zimbabwe.
I've ran a half marathon in Paris in vibram 5 fingers.
I've managed to start really liking the feeling of being way out of my confort zone.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love teaching and learning. I'm think I'm pretty good at both. (at least learning)
I would love to try and help you overcome your barriers in any of the skills listed in my profile. (languages, guitar, sports, etc.)
