"Don't gain the world and lose your soul...wisdom is better than silver and gold."
Yellow! My name is Tina, I am a 27 female from Northern California. My deepest passion is to travel. I want to experience every culture, go to every continent, and touch every ocean. I love California with all my heart and I love exploring the beauty of Northern California. I am easy going, care free and I love to party and have a good time, as well as hike and enjoy beautiful sites. I moved to Spain in September 2011 to teach English and I had a wonderful time meeting new people and traveling around Europe.
I truly feel that what comes around goes around. It seems that even when times where I think everything is going wrong, something always happens to make everything fit back into place. I try to live my life giving back and being kind. It's amazing how far kindness and honesty will get you.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
When I can, I welcome surfers and I am always willing to get together and meet new people.
I just love meeting new people and sharing experiences. I have a great ear and I get along with pretty much everyone.
Hiking, swimming, listening to metal, climbing trees, playing in the dirt, coloring, watching people, singing Bob Marley and dancing in the forest.
Music, Movies, and Books
I love funny movies!! The classics: Waynes World (1&2), Happy Gilmore, Billy Maddison, Tommy Boy, Ace Ventera...90's comedies crack me up
Also intense movies like Requiem for a Dream, Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill (1&2), Romper Stompers, American History X, Suburbia
Music: Classic Rock all day every day, Metal when I want to work out, Reggae when I want to play in the forest, House when I want to dance my little heart out and Deftones & Radiohead when I want to ride my bike
Books: I love reading books during World War II, drama books, "girl" books, comical books and disturbing books with some eroticism, insanity, violence, surrealism, and adventure
Usually when I start a good book, I wont put it down, I'll lose sleep over it.
