About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm trying to see the world and enjoy meeting new friends

ABOUT ME

I've traveled internationally with my family since I was tiny, and I've loved traveling on my own and meeting new and interesting people. I've been cursed with broad interests and not enough time in life, but I love talking with and learning from other people. Outdoor sports and philosophical conversations are some of my favorite things, just plain fun is up there too.

PHILOSOPHY

Never lose wonder.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Love to surf and host, and I love showing people around my hometown. I'm always looking for adventure buddies too, so let me know if you're in the area and want to do something. I work from home, so my schedule is pretty flexible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've done a lot of unofficial couch-surfing (and a little official), and have hosted a couple times.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I flew a float plane from Alaska to California. Also been bitten by a shark, landed with an engine-out, and lived on a sailboat for a year.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd be happy to teach photography skills (help you figure out all those weird buttons on your camera and how to use them), or anything from my interests list. I'd love to practice my Spanish or learn any new skills.
