ABOUT ME

24 year old singer/songwriter/guitarist/yo gui/veggie/dreamer/romantic/wr iter/onironaut/eagle whale cougar horse bat shark unicorn /ayurvedic massagist from Portugal. I am also a session guitarist, do sound healing worshops and do music workshops for kids. I started playing guitar when I was 9, took up the piano at 12, didgiridu and sitar. I have been classicaly trained in voice and am studying hindu singing. I used to do theatre. I want to do a musical. I did some belly dance and african dance. I've opened for Beth Gibbons, played in some festivals in Portugal, ( Vilar de Mouros, Sudoeste, ANDANÇAS, BOOM festival) in England in the SynergyProject (www.thesynergyproject.org), acoustic nights at Synergy Centre, CARGO, GreenNote, Kingston Green Fair, Electroacoustic Club, Acoustic Lounge, Raison Detre, Sunrise Celebration, also collaborate with indian music project ALAP (www.alapmusic.com), natural trance drums and didg project Olive Tree (www.olivetreedance.com), Orchid Star (www.peteardron.com) and zee (electronic chill out music). i love to play in a power trio (guitar, drums and bass), classical (violin, cello) and also ethnic formation (sitar, tablas, world percussion, harp) I spent the last two years of my life on a mystical-musical-pilgrimage journey and was in Barcelona, London, Mexico, and in Portugal but have decided to settle in London now to focus on music completely.Although I want to go to Bali, India, Turkey, Scotland, Canada, before eventually settling in a comunity somewhere in South America and have 7 kids. Music is Life and Life is music. Experiences are inspiring and transforming... People are inspiring and transforming... I am very interested in alternative therapies, shamanic healing and mysticism.I have just got into cooking and am loving it. I like cats but i love dogs. Really miss having a puppy. I love Alan Moore's book "PROMETHEA". I love art, philosophy, poetry, cinema... I love Fernando Pessoa and Agostinho da Silva.They were geniuses. I like to scream sometimes when I sing because i feel like I'm inside a volcano.
