ABOUT ME

What about me? My names Megan I am a Traveller, ( like most of us that are on here) looking to go across Europe! I was born and raised in Canada Toronto and have been all across the country from Halifax to British Columbia. Haven't ventured north yet but all in time.

Also, Im a painter so I am really interested in the arts and seeing both historical and contemporary works. Im currently going to school for the arts in Toronto Canada but studying abroad right now in Italy!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to couch surfing got introduced by a friend while Im travelling so super excited about it and just looking forward to new experiences.

Interests

The Arts are a big passion of mine love to see all types of art including painting, sculptures etc. I took a Glass Blowing course last summer it was a great experience. I now have a lot of admiration for what they do to create beautiful pieces. Random fact I taught myself how to screen print which was a lot of fun. Also I love Yoga, and regarding travelling I love to explore the non tourist parts of cities and find unique interesting places.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the best moments was going to Carrara, Italy to see the actual place where years and years ago Michelangelo found his marble to create masterpieces like David, etc. It was amazing to see that excessive amounts of marble in one location. And I would never see that in Canada.
