I am here to enjoy life, to care for my friends and family and work towards meaningful change.
I just moved to Waltham (represent!) after living in Gainesville, FL, Argentina, Brazil, NYC, and Miami for the past eight years. I was born in Ohio and moved to north central Florida for high school and college. I am now working in the Boston area and I LOVE it here!
I love the outdoors, especially camping, snowboarding and hiking. I enjoy going to good art/music/entertainment shows, interesting conversations and live music generally. I hope to someday learn an instrument and I love trying new, exotic foods. I hope to start hosting people now that I have a bit more stability.
I believe in treating others in the best way possible, the beauty of learning from your mistakes and the importance of seeking continuous self-improvement.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love organizing community CS events and I have surfed in North Carolina.
I couchsurfed in Asheville for a week during Christmas break 2010-2011. I have also roadtripped to Naples, FL, Orlando, and Key West with CSers. It has always been a positive and fun experience.
I hope to someday see the seven natural wonders of the world, backpack Europe, live near a ski/snowboard area for at least 6 months of my life, hike the Intercontinental Trail, travel to all 50 US states and my complete my bucket list of countries to visit. I think my life will be complete when I've been to every country in the world. XD

Music, Movies, and Books
Quality stuff. I am a bit of an environmentalist, so I recommend the fantastically researched Plan B 4.0 to help you understand the global impacts we have on our ecosystem and how we can improve.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went skydiving at the healthy age of 18 (This section is a work in progress).
Teach, Learn, Share
I can help you with environmental management, software project management, and policy implementation. Also, primitive camping, awesome, cheap things to do all around Florida, scuba diving, paddleboarding and moderately difficult cooking recipes. Hopefully I'll have more Boston-centric items here soon.
