Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Through the website, I have very little experience. However, in my travels I have slept on many a friends couch, extra bed, open floor space. I am 5'12" but try not to take up too much space.

Interests

I spend my time in 3 Dimensions: Engineering by Day, Improv Comedy and the Pubs by Night, and Outdoors by Weekend/Vacation/whenever possible. Around the house a taker aparter and a fixer. I like the social aspect of eating out and the joy of cooking at home.

I am a fan of Steve Martin - Comedy and Music. I trend towards the comedy side of life but enjoy a good adventure or drama from time to time.

Good Reads: Sometimes a Great Notion, The Monkey Wrench Gang, Night Circus, The Hobbit and Lord of The Rings, Harry Potter...there are more but I don't recall.

Easy listening - I generally listen to what is on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been around the world, from London to Bombay...OK not exactly. I have spent a lifetime in Wyoming, but I try to get out often to see how the rest of the world is doing. Then I really like coming back to Wyoming. Sunrises in the mountains and sunsets at the beach, or is it sunsets in the mountains (long day) and sunrise at the beach.

Climbing the Upper Exum Ridge on the Grand Teton by full moon is awesome...clouded over full moon and storming...awesome aswell, but a different awesome.
