ABOUT ME

It's not really the easiest thing to discribe us both. I would prefer saying: You need to get to know us. But of course that would be not very informative. So I'll give it a try.
I guess, we both are humorous and open minded people. We enjoy being surrounded with people as well as relax alone, read a book or listen to music.
We like experiences, conversations and discussions that open up new perspectives. We don't mind having a drink while having great conversations. Also getting to know new food is fun to us. (On our last trip to Taiwan the food was a very exciting thing to discover.)

We're a couple for some years now and got married two years ago very spontanously. That was great fun!

As most people we go out with friends, like going to the cinema and have fun at partys.
While Marcel is great with computers I guess I'm more the sports typ. Besides me job as a instructor for aerobics I love practising Yoga.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We are absolutely new here!

We had the idea to join here and try to make some experiences with CS on our trip to the USA this summer. We would love to get to know locals and get an impression of the culture and way of thinking there.

And of course we hope that we can host a lot of interessting people! Hamburg is a nice place to visit in Germany and our flat is a comfortable place to stay.

Music, Movies, and Books

If we stay at home we're have great fun watching American series-productions like "Lost","24", "Desperate Housewifes", "Veronica Mars" and of course "Scrubs". We chose to watch them in English, cause in German the translation sometimes is real bad.
Marcel is a bit more into it and is also keen on watching "The Simpsons", "American Dad", "The Office" and "Family Guy".

We both enjoy reading although we're interessted in very different genres. Marcel likes informative books and I'm more into novels. Cause we read a lot I really find it difficult to name single books.

Music is a great thing! I love hearing it a lot, but forget every bandname and songtitle much too fast. :-( Marcel instead is great with music! He knows a lot of names, bandhistories and musicstyles. In general I can say that our taste in music is multifaceted.
