About Me

CURRENT MISSION
-be alive-

ABOUT ME

I work freelance as a cycling tour guide in France, Spain, Italy and Ireland. I used to work as a coach driver all around Europe for 4 years. I do a lot of cycling, swimming and running.

I love food, home food, real food and I'm a pretty good cook.

I've traveled to the USA, Canada, Thailand, Bali, NZ, Australia, India and most European countries, as well as Ireland.

I like to be outside - cycling, swimming, running.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to cook so I like helping with cooking, breakfast crepes, omelets or whatever needs doing. I love bikes and if you have one I can fix it up for you as best I can.

Music, Movies, and Books

Film: L'Auberge Espanol.
Books by Hermann Hesse.
Music: Traditional, folk, a lot of other stuff.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Motorcycling through parts of India was a great experience. Cycling in the Pyrenees in Spain. Cycling the west coast of the USA was a wonderful trip. Volunteering with single parent kids in Montreal was great - to do something meaningful in the community I lived in.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've traveled a lot solo and a lot by bicycle and motorcycle so that's my experience. I've been called 'the bike whisperer' as I like to fix up bikes as a hobby and get others rolling and share the joy of pedaling a nicely cared for bike. I'm pretty handy at cooking and crepes are my speciality but I love cooking anything, or eating out and experimenting with food. I'll add spice and butter to most things.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, India, Indonesia, New Zealand, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Thailand

Countries I’ve Lived In
