ABOUT ME

My name is Jillian Dyer. I am a 21 year old female college student. I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. I currently live and attend college at Bowling Green State University. Most people assume that is in Bowling Green, Kentucky. But au contraire, BGSU is in Ohio & is thirty minutes South of Toledo. I created this account in hopes of making myself step outside of my comfort zone, meet more people, and hopefully travel more.

PHILOSOPHY

In my ethics class my freshman year of college, I really enjoyed the basic idea of Utilitarianism. Utilitarianism is a theory that the proper course of action is the one that maximizes overall happiness. Call me a chump, but I enjoy the idea of the theory.
I am an ideals person. I enjoy brainstorming, discussing theories, ideas, and beliefs.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have yet to host or couchsurf through connections on this website. But I have couchsurfed a few random nights on friends, family, & family friend's couches.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I absolutely adore the handsome hippy Australian musician John Butler. So seeing him in concert the day after my 20th Birthday and dancing my ass off to this song /youtu.be/jdYJf_ybyVo> was one amazing life acomplishment.
Another amazing thing I've done is go white water rafting in West Virginia at the upper gulley. My raft flipped at pillow rock. Floating down a class V rapid was one crazy, fun, amazing experience I will never forget.
I hope to sometime in the future go skydiving, bungee jumping, rock climbing, ect.

Teach, Learn, Share

I work with the outdoor program here on campus. So I would be able to teach you some basic knots and other 'boy scout' outdoorsy skills. I own a longboard, & I'm not great, but I would be willing to teach you the basics I know of longboarding. I have a basic knowledge of the spanish language, if you know more than me I would love to learn more from you.
