CURRENT MISSION
make the world a little bit better
ABOUT ME
This things are always frustrating to me. All about me? God, even if we spent years together, you probably wouldn't find out everything about me ... How am I supposed to tell you all about me in afew sentences??
But let's try.
I'm a 25 year old psychologist, very active in all sorts of fields, some connected to my occupation, some not. I spent an Erasmus year in Berlin and I am still very enthusiastic about the city, I felt great in such a diverse crowd. I am sure to return there one day.
I'm working in a consulting and training company (O. K. Consulting), giving workshops, HRM, etc.
As a student, I was active in our student association - I'm working on several projects, some national, some international; giving workshops, organizing events, writing articles, leading projects ... It all enables me to meet new people and connect to others, and in a way it gives me the feeling that I am doing something good, something that matters to this world, when our events help people to understand themselves better, when they get some insights or start thinking about taking care of their psychological well-being.
I'm always buisy, always trying out new ways to do things, always meeting new people, always searching for activities where I can learn something new.
I like to laugh and I enjoy interesting conversations, I'm honest and open, though my friends say I sometimes tend to talk too much, when I get passionate about something. :) I have many interests and I'm eager to learn, though I'm always running out of time to do everything I want.
What that is, in the field - interests. :)
PHILOSOPHY
If everything seems under control, you're not going fast enough.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I just joined CouchSurfing because I think it is an awesome idea. People, who like to travel and like to travel low-cost and meet new people, can help each other ...
What I am doing? Well, for now, searching for a couch, since I am living with my family again my hosting ability is quite limited, at least until the end of the year. So what I can do is travel the world and share what I can and know.
Plus I will soon be a licensed tour-guide, which means I can offer the travelers to Ljubljana and some other Slovene towns a guided tour of the city. Or we can just have a coffee and chat, I can do that. :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I am a pretty unexperienced couch-surfer ... Though I crashed people's couches quite often both in Ljubljana and Berlin, if a party went too wild to get home at night. :)
I also hosted a few people while staying in Berlin, once even shared a bed with three other people, which was quite an experience. But otherwise, nothing extraordinary.
Interests
Psychology, NLP, people, theatre, improvisational theatre (I have been doing improv for 8 years now.), literature, philosophy (don't know much, but want to learn more), languages, cultures, sports (skiing, windsurfing, mountain-biking) and one od the most important things - martial arts (I've been doing (and loving) ninjutsu for the last three years, and some karate in the past).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the most amazing things I experienced ...
I found a wallet with at least 30 000 euro (completely packed with 500 euro bills) lying on the street in Berlin. Another bypasser also saw it and wanted to split it half half, when the owner came by. In a few minutes of weird conversation in at least four different languages, none of which the owner understood, I was trying to explain to him that yes, we found the wallet he's looking for. The bypasser, who already hid the wallet into his pocket, pulled a plastic bag, also completely full of money, out of his jacket and started saying, "yes, look, i have money, but this my money!" and at the same time kept hissing at me "psssst, wir teilen, we split, half half, fifty fifty, ja?".
In the end I made the guy return the wallet to the real owner, he called us thiefs and ran away.
I kept shaking for the next few hours, realizing, what just happened. And that with 30 000 euro (and it might have been more) you can buy a decent flat in Berlin. And that while the whole thing was happening, I didn't even realize, that that very probably is the biggest amount of money I will ever touch in my whole lifetime.
If I took the money, I guess I wouldn't be joining couchsurfing ... but I prefer it this way.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am an improvisational theatre mentor, where spontaneity and imagination is very important.
I am an NLP Master Practitioner, so if you are interested in the art and science of excelence, as they call it, I can share a lot.
