I am on a mission to raise awareness and money for cancer research and to honor a great friend by walking from Alaska to Connecticut.
I have a mission on my mind, it was a dream that felt real so here I am trying to make it reality. I am a fun and entertaining kind of guy, the life of the party i guess. I have been a chef for years and food is my passion. I have an awesome sense of humor and love great conversation and a good cup of joe. I love my friends and don't know what I would do without them.
If you can think it you can accomplish it. I am a true believer in karma and think everyone can make a difference. I have been known to give everyone a far shake.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
As a newbie I have surfed or hosted but this seems like a great opportunity for me to try. I will host when I am done walking. I love to meet new people and hear great stories.
Besides surfing on friends couches I am new to this experience.
My interest are many but food is a passion. I love the outdoor and am currently in Alaska so the is no better outdoors to experience. Sports, Big NY Giants fan, fishing, camping, meeting people.

Music, Movies, and Books
I am an action and comedy junkie when it come to movies. Music is another question, I love all music and right now i am on a country kick. just left the south can't help it. Books, kitchen confidential and cookbooks, interesting cookbooks.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I volunteered to clean up after hurricane Katrina in Mississippi and was there for 4 months. The things I saw and the smiles on peoples face when I was helping was incredible, so inspiring.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to share my love for food with people a meal prepared for a place to sleep. That would be cool. I would like to learn about different cultures and the food they eat and the reasons for certain ingredients.
