Live, Learn and have a bit of Banter
I try and approach everything with a smile and some manners. I'm young and not exactly the most experienced person on the planet but nothing makes me happier than learning and seeing new things. I just open to most everything, really. I'd say I'm still a blank slate waiting to be written.
Throw yourself in headfirst; shit your pants; make it out the other side. The fear is the fun.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm currently traveling so I can't host; only visit and try and learn about your culture.
I'm relatively new to couch surfing. The last real time was in a squat in San Francisco. Just something a bit unusual, which worked out wonderfully. This host was a really great guy who ended up traveling with us for a week or two. All in all, just a great experiance which I would hope to help some others out with.
Film, Tv, Beer Brewing, Traveling. I'm a simple man with simple needs.
Music, Movies, and Books
Film wise, too ecclectic to list. Anything from the Dark Night to a classic film noire or spaghetti western. Music wise, classic rock, havign inherited my Dad's epic record collection featuring the likes of Jimmi Hendrix, The Doors, Grateful Dead, the Who and last but most certainly not least, The Beatles. I am gay for Lennon, but only for Lennon.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In one word, Mexico. Halfg-way around the world but the people were like from my own village. Kind, patient and happy to sit around for hours having a chin-wag with a beer in one hand.Especially compared to the hustel and bustle of American life, it just made sense and made me figure out some of what I want from life.
Teach, Learn, Share
Obviously, I'm very happy to help people learn and love the craft of beer brewing. I can talk for about as long as you can stand about the various methods of beer brewing and appreciation. I'm a self-described pretentious conniseur (with bad spelling) when I comes to beer, and I would love to organise a tasting session. If you're not a big drinker that's absolutely fine, you can go at your own pace. If you would like to keep the pace going though I feel that I can oblige.
At Uni I study film and television studies so I'm happy to discuss anything to do with such things. I'm an avid photographer (bolstered by the natural countryside around), videographer, writer and have dbbled with abit of shakespear here and there. Maybe not the sexiest offer for traveling in another country but I can organise a helluva film night.
