Please read MY COUCH("My Home") information here:
(you will be sleeping here :D)
And (VERY I M P O R T A N T !!!), before asking me to stay at my place(couch request) remember the following rules:
1. From 00:30am to 03:30am (during the night) it could be NOISY(very noisy!) and with a lot of light because I come back home from work at 00:30am and go to sleep at 3 or 4am in the morning: please consider that BEFORE asking to stay at my place.
2. If you stay at my place you have to COME BACK TO SLEEP AT MY PLACE **EVERY** NIGHT THAT YOU STAY AT MY PLACE. It's just very rude to just leave your baggage at my place and then pass 1 or 2 nights (or more) somewhere else. I don't care if you are sick, drunk, tired, the taxi costs too much or whatever other reason. And also I don't care if you tell me in advance that you are not coming back for the night: just if you think that you can't respect this rule, don't come to my place :)
3. When you go out, ALWAYS lock the house door with the key that I'll give you. Even if you go out for just 2 minutes. AND: !!!!IMPORTANT!!!! when you are inside the house and you lock the door from inside, use the KEY for locking the door, not the door locker (otherwise is not possible to open the door from outside): but if everyone is inside the house is ok to use the door locker instead of the key for locking the door.
4. When you leave Beijing lock the house door and then throw the key from the kitchen window.
5.In my house there are a lot of cat hair("peli di gatto" in Italian). If you are allergic to cats or you don't like cat HAIR to be on the floor (and pretty much everywhere else in my house), it's better if you don't come to my place :-) health is important :)
6.When using the toilet, put the toilet paper IN THE BIN, not in the toilet! Otherwise the toilet will be blocked. If it's blocked, you have to unblock it.
If you can't unblock it by yourself, I have to call someone for unblocking it and you have to pay 350 Chinese yuan.
7. Generally I wake up at noon(12:00). DON'T make noises or speak loudly or Skype video-chat with your relatives/friends or open/close the main door very often or play music or listen to podcasts or watch movies without earphone, etc. etc when I'm sleeping. You can speak of course (but in a low voice) and you can take a shower or cook and do whatever you want, just don't be loud. Thanks.

I was born in the far 1902(i'm joking :-P) in a little, polluted and gloomy town close to Napoli, Italy (I lived there for the first 14 years of my life)...
Then, in 2004(8 years after my "14th birthday") I went to Beijing (China) enjoying the Beijing's smog, that is a step beyond the smog i already experienced in Napoli, Italy.
1. I arrived in Beijing for the 1st time 11 years ago (in July 2004) but just for studying for about 45 days during the summer(that year was my first year of university in Italy). Then I came to China again in 2005 for 4 months and half and in 2006 for 2 months.
1.1 I got a 4 years University degree(a Master MA degree) in Italy and my major is called "Oriental Languages And Cultures"( I studied Chinese as first language and Japanese as second language): I got this degree studying in Italy from 2002 to 2008 (yeah, I know, it took 6 years, I was 2 years out-of-course).
2. In 2007(1 year before my graduation in Italy) I studied Japanese language in Tokyo (Japan) for about 6 months.
3.From January 2009 I'm living permanently in Beijing(so now it's about 6 years and half that I live in Beijing), but sometimes I leave China for some trip: for example from September 2011 to January 2012 I left China for going to Italy overland (through Pakistan-->Iran-->Iraq -->Turkey-->Bulgaria-->Macedonia-->Albania--->Montenegro--->Bosnia-->Croazia and Slovenia) for 4 months. And in September 2013 I left China again for 3 months for going to travel to to Latin America(Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua) ;)
4.I work in an IT company as software tester: a boring job. I work from 4pm to midnight: yes, I know the working time is weird, but I don't know why I have this working time.
5. my cat name is Mao Zhuxi (猫主席) or just Mao if you prefer. He's almost 4 years old.
This is the story of the last 2-3 years: I arrived in Beijing on February 2009.
On February 2010 I arrived in Australia (on Mornington peninsula, near Melbourne) and on march 21st 2010 I left for a road trip from Melbourne(Australia) to Perth(Australia).
On may 31st 2010 i arrived again in China.
On May 31st 2011 is again 1 year that I don't come back to the country where I was born (Italy).
On September 8th 2011 I left for a trip from Beijing (China) to Naples (Italy) overland (bus, train, hitchhiking, foot, boat, etc.). my stops have been: Pakistan-->Iran-->Iraq -->Turkey-->Bulgaria-->Macedonia-->Albania--->Montenegro--->Bosnia-->Croazia-->Slovenia ->ITALY"
On January 8th 2012 finally I arrived in Italy from this looong trip.
On April 14th 2012 I arrived in China again.
On September/October 2013 I left China for a trip to Latin America(Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua) ;)
And from January 2014 I'm in Beijing again :-P
And on May 2015 is 16 months that I don't go back to Italy :)

Muti idioti. Troppo presi a scopare, soldi, famiglia, scopare.
There's a sign on the wall but she wants to be sure
'Cause you know sometimes words have two meanings.
In a tree by the brook, there's a songbird who sings,
Sometimes all of our thoughts are misgiven.
Ooh, it makes me wonder,
Ooh, it makes me wonder.
The test says I'm Intuitive. Intuitive people focus on the future and the possibilities. They process information through patterns and impressions. They read between the lines, they are abstract thinkers.
the Test says I'm 'Perceiving'. Perceiving people are flexible, like to keep their options open and think randomly. They like to act spontaneously and are adaptable. Perceivers like to keep things open ended.
Changes tracks midway
Keeps options open
etc. etc. etc.......
this is my philosophy, check this link:
I can't post the link here because is against the term of use of CS, but if you are really interested I'll show you if we meet in person.
"Nobody realizes that some people expend tremendous energy merely to be normal." (Albert Camus)
also: "sincerity doesn't always makes friends, but when does they are friends indeed"
"Men prefer to lose their health to make money and then lose money to restore their health. That by thinking anxiously about their future, they forget the present, such that they live neither for the present nor the future. That they live as if they will never die and die as if they had never lived." Buddha
"Life is too important to be taken seriously."(Oscar Wilde)
"coherence is the last refuge of people without imagination"(Oscar Wilde) or Consistency is the last refuge of the unimaginative.
"You laugh at me because I'm different; I laugh at you because you're all the same." Jonathan Davis
and:"Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one." Albert Einstein
"Whenever people agree with me, I always think I must be wrong." (Oscar Wilde)
I'm still trying to understand a lot of things that for the moment I can't understand...what I can't understand, generally, it's what for the other people it's just very common, what they take for granted. I commit myself trying to understand a lot of things of the common "way-to-be" of the people's society, but i still can't understand a lot of banal things.I love to be SPONTANEOUS and i hate with all myself the formality, the prudery...and the glamour...also if i have to admit that sometimes maybe it's enjoyable to be formal...just like a game (or a necessity, or the 2 things togheter)...but the most FUNNY thing it's that the greater part of the people think that this "formal game" it's very serious, that is not a game at all...this make me laugh a lot :-D
Maybe was not clear enough before, so i think that i should REAFFIRM that i HATE WITH ALL MYSELF SOCIAL CONVENTIONS: i want to be free to be drunk and laughing in a church during a funeral and sad and sober in a bar when everyone is drunk and laughing. I hate people that tell me what i should do or how I should be. DAMN THEM!
Life it's inexplicable, and whoever think to have an explanation it's a mad or an idiot.People often live their life just for eating, having fun, making money and have sex with whoever happens to but lose sight of the main question: what is "life" ?
What is the true-meaning of living ? Why try to reach someting if in 20, 40 or 70 years you will be 2 meters under the ground in a coffin?
So...the best thing, i think, it's living the life minut by minut, every moment, without anxiety, trying to enjoy every moment and don't think too much to the past and to the future, that, actually are 2 things ("past" and "future") that does not exist
Life is like a ride in an amusement park. And when you choose to go on it you think it's real because that's how powerful our minds are. And the ride goes up and down and round and round. It has thrills and chills and it's very brightly colored and it's very loud and it's fun, for a while. Some people have been on the ride for a long time and they begin to question: "Is this real, or is this just a ride?" And other people have remembered, and they come back to us, they say, "Hey, don't worry, don't be afraid, ever, because this is just a ride." And we kill those people. "Shut him up I have a lot invested in this ride, SHUT HIM UP! Look at my furrows of worry. Look at my big bank account and my family, this has to be real." It's just a ride. But we always kill those good guys who try and tell us that, you ever notice that?
"It is naively assumed that the fact that the majority of people share certain ideas or feelings proves the validity of these ideas and feelings. Nothing is further from the truth... Just as there is a folie à deux there is a folie à millions. The fact that millions of people share the same vices does not make these vices virtues, the fact that they share so many errors does not make the errors to be truths, and the fact that millions of people share the same form of mental pathology does not make these people sane."
