I'm a french student doing my third years of study abroad. I studied philosophy and history, now I'm studying political science but I'm going to start ecological science. I'm actually learning Chinese in Shanghai since August, I started one year ago in France. And I'm going to travel in Australia from February to June, especially in Tasmania.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm quite new in Couch surfing, I did some couch surfing before but not thanks to the website, because of meeting people in places and then they just welcome me to their home. To be honest, I don't have a lot of money so Couchsurfing is a good option for me ^^ That's why I'm on couch surfing first, however, in the same time, couch surfing is also a very nice way to meet people, it's also about human relation, it can be a true and very good human experience, you share something with people, stories, culture, cuisine... You really know people from a country when you enter in their kitchen because it's the last room.

Interests

I love to travel and to learn things, I'm quite curious about a lot of things, life of course, but also history, philosophy, how works something, why it's like this, why its not like this, I like to understand things, to learn, and then to give to explain to others. I love to discover other culture, civilization...

I love also stuffs a bit less serious like sport, football (soccer), skateboard, surf, The Adventures of Tintin (comic strip), try new cuisine/food, listening (a lot of) music, cinema, Nature...

Every time I read it, I feel like very moved in my heart, it's very deep, it's about life and humans being, very nice book... "It's a book for children but as we were all children but we all forget it, it's a book for everyone"

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Live in Polynesia, it changes me forever I think, the way of life, relation with people, the landscape etc...

Live in Shanghai and travel in China, very good experience!

Play guitar in a bar in Dali (Yunnan, China) while I was drunk. I just stand up, took a guitar and play on the scene, and then people just stand up and start to sing, very funny scene

Travel in pacific island on a boat with my parents, very nice, wake up and just don't see any lands...

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not very good at cooking (sorry!) but I love to eat hahaha!

I can teach how to play guitar and some stuffs about music, I'm very passionate about music.

I'm very interested by Chinese culture history and language, so I can teach you some stuffs about it, a lot of people don't really this amazing culture, I didn't know a lot about it before to start to learn chinese.

I'm very interested in philosophy and history, if you want to talk about it... However I'm not a "boring guy", a lot of people think philosophy is very boring but it's about life and human...
