I kind of grew up in Warrenton, but I went away for about 15 years, and then I came back to watch all of my nieces and nephews grow up. This is a great location to stay in if you like civil war history, the Shenandoah mountains, small town life, wine country, and the list goes on and on. We are about an hour away from D.C.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that it would be fun to see the world, and what better way than to stay with locals who know where to go and what to do! I also like to meet new people and hear their stories.

I never had children, but I am the oldest of 8 kids. I think that the most amazing thing that I have done is to have had the privilege to be a part of all of their lives.
