Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: All kinds, I reckon. I like a good stoner comedy, all kinds of documentaries, mind-bending thriller type movies, Wes Anderson, Judd Apatow, Harry Potter... It's whatever, really.

Music: Top favorites include Brett Dennen & Grateful Dead. I have a profile on if you really want to get an idea of what I listen to.(

Books: I read novels, mostly. (I'm trying to work on my relationship with non-fiction- recommend something!) Some of the books I've enjoyed most were written by; Charles Bukowski, Chuck Palahniuk, David Sedaris, Augusten Burroughs, Neil Gaiman. Dark fiction, historical fiction... I'll pick up most anything if it's recommended to me. My favorite author is Tom Robbins.

TV: I must mention that while I am certainly looking into activities that provide a more fruitful use of my time, I currently spend a good deal of it watching netflix. I have watched all kinds of TV shows on there. good ones. I keep up with some of them by downloading new episodes from the interent. (Mad Men, Weeds, Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Walking Dead) I really like programs about space.

Teach, Learn, Share

Let's share some food, conversation and good times! I'm sure we'll stumble on some teaching/ learning moments. They're abound all the time.
