One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I remember getting caught in a huge snow storm...just on the outside of it, on the highway, for hrs because they closed the roads and would not let anyone passed until the blizzard died down. I was trying to get back home (Sacramento) thru the Sierra Nevada mountains. Finally, after 6 hrs they opened up the roads again. As I slowly drove over the mountains--the sight of the mountains and valley all around--was completely covered in white soft snow. Fresh virgin snow for as far as I could see. It was absolutely breath-taking. Unforgettable. I loved that experience.
