Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
See as many new places and experience as many new things as I can; hopefully along the way I'll figure out what it is that I'm supposed to be doing
ABOUT ME
I'm an open-minded, friendly and approachable individual who is always up for a spontaneous good time. I like to take things as they come, go with the flow so to speak - I try not to plan things out as much as possible. That's kind of a life story I suppose. Whilst I am currently in the process of studying for my bachelors degree, I can't see myself entering 'the real world' for a few years to come! I'm passionate about travel, seeing the world and experiencing new things, different cultures and people, stepping outside of my comfort zone! I worry that our rapidly globalizing world is slowly eradicating all the distinct cultures that make our world so unique; as such, I want to get out there and see as much as I can, as soon as possible! I would consider myself a politically liberal, left-of-centre conservationist.
Open-minded, up for a good time, active, friendly, approachable, liberal
PHILOSOPHY
There is a pleasure in the pathless woods,
There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is society, where none intrudes,
By the deep sea, and music in its roar:
I love not man the less, but Nature more.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm very new to the whole couch surfing 'thing' having only done it once before - that being said, I found the experience eye-opening in that I was able to gain a great local perspective as opposed to following the tourist route!
