I grew up in Colorado, and love anything that deals with the outdoors. When I'm not in Colorado, I prefer to go international, preferably to Spanish speaking countries so I can continue my learning of the lovely language.

I raft guide by summer, on the Colorado River, and work on another phase of H2O in the winter when I teach ski lessons to 3-6 year olds. When I'm not working, or traveling, I love to explore the Great Indoors, and read or simply sit and think of what I want to do when I grow up, or not do.

I graduated from the University of Hawaii with a degree in Spanish and Anthropology with a focus in Pacific Island Archaeology. I lived there for 3 years, and anxiously await a return. Too many other places to visit first, however.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I honestly have had the app for 3 years now, but have never used it. I travel a bit, and am really good at not planning for adequate housing at times.
