I'm a PhD student studying at UCL in London. I study bat viruses and how we can use bat ecology to understand how these diseases effect humans. Very into music. Playing, listening, gigging.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Very happy to meet people for coffee near UCL during the week. Maybe you're new to UCL or here for a conference/workshop.

I go to many gigs in London. Mostly towards the metal/rock/experimental side of things but I'm up for anything good. Often cheap (£5) or free gigs. Check these listings and let me know if you want to meet up for some live music. http://www.londongigs.net/

Also enjoy classical music. During summer in London we have the proms bbc.co.uk/proms £5 for some top notch live music, every day and just turn up 30-60 minutes before the concert. I guess this is ideal for for anyone travelling in London so hit me up and we'll go see some classical music.

I know there's an expectation for people to host before they stay with other people. However I live with my fiance and she would not be comfortable with hosting people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None although I have been hosted while doing voluntary field work in South America.
