Hello im Christina and my partner is called Tim, we are from the UK but have been living in New Zealand for over 2 years now. Im a registered nurse and Tim is a mental health social worker.

We really enjoy visiting new places and meeting new people :) We are friendly, respectful and love to immerse ourselves is different cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We have been involved with couch surfing through our landlord in New Zealand who has been accepting couch surfers on a regular basis. We really enjoy hosting to meet new people and show them around our local area.

We have signed up for couch surfing in the hope to become guests and experience similar hospitality that we have shown in new and exciting countries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Tim has trekked through the Himalayas and I have done a 19,000ft skydive over the Franz Josef glazier.

Teach, Learn, Share

As English is our first (and only) language we would be ideal guests for anyone wanting to improve their English. We love to learn about new places that we visit, through the food, culture, language. We are keen to learn :) We would be able to share plenty of great conversation with our hosts, fantastic food from our home countries (Scotland and Ireland).

What I Can Share with Hosts

As above we love food! We would be really happy to share recipe's and cook yummy meals for our hosts.
