ABOUT ME

I was on an exchange program in Gothenburg for 1 semester before. I love Northern Europe so much for the relaxing and peaceful life there because Hong Kong is really too crowded and the pressure makes me feel like suffocated sometimes. I love travelling in European countries. Although I have been back in Hong Kong, I still miss my days in Europe VERY VERY VERY much !!
Therefore, HI EUROPE I m going BACK !!!!!!!!

P.S. I guess you may be confused that who is Annie...I was called Annie in the past but I am Perlie now :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard from my friend about couchsurfing. I thought it was a crazy idea at first but after I have tried once in Stockholm, I changed my impression. Couchsurfing is really amazing that I can learn more about different culture. Through sharing food and exchanging ideas, both hosts and surfers learn. There must be a great time definitely.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The funniest is to see the hosts trying Chinese food and they may keep saying "strange", haha.
The greatest is to exchange the ideas and culture of each other's home town.
The happiest is to make friends with people from different backgrounds.

Interests

During free time, I love watching movies and dramas, reading, listening to music, gathering with friends.
During holidays, I love travelling with friends, or go hiking with them to explore the beautiful countryside of Hong Kong.
For sports, I love badminton, swimming and biking. But I am always too lazy to do them oops...

Music, Movies, and Books

I like suspense movies which can let me think and inspire me, e.g. Hide and Seek, The Prestige, Memento, Inception, The Call, Interstellar, Gone Girl, Before I go to Sleep, etc. (Yes, you may realise that I like Nolan's movies so much haha)

I also like supernatural stories like Butterfly Effect, The Curious Case of Benjamin, Time Traveller's Wife, In Time, Upside down, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Maybe it is no big deal to others, but I just tried travelling alone to Japan. I love it ! Love meeting different people and love exploring myself :)
