About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel to take me where I want to be tomorrow.

ABOUT ME

Always a tough one to fill out.
I'm a busy, confident & passionate person, who enjoys the company of positive and enthusiastic people.
I love my work and the opptunities it offers me. (While I say I love my work I reserve the right to NOT WANT to work at all times)
I really enjoy cooking food with/for other people. Always ready to pick up new tips and skills.
Have the capacity to both go out partying or spend a night in with a good dvd. Depends on where I'm at in my week.

Vivacious is my latest word, which I plan to style my life to.

PHILOSOPHY

If I haven't done it yet, it's about time I tried.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm always ready to get into something new. If I couch surf with you, I want to do whatever it is you do in your hometown!

Interests

Learning new things, good food (cooking & sampling), live music & performance.
I work in the Construction Industry and have a small (read: Large) infatuation with the built environment. Always 'looking up' checking out the hows & whys of the world around me. (Absolutely can't wait to get over to Europe. Think I might go into a excitement enduced comma!)

Music, Movies & Books

Books, books, books - I go for SF and some fantasy.
If you are even remotely interested my favourite authors are Jordan, Feist, McCarthy to name a few.
Music - Bit of a mixed bag really. Folk, Rock, Listening to some great Aussie HipHop, exploring this genre more and more.
Nothing better than a good power ballard.
Movies - enjoy both mainstream and arthouse films. SF (again) horror, drama or comedy. Most things really provided the movie isn't "dumbing it down" for the audience (I'm looking at you Adam Sandler!)

One Amazing Thing I've Done

Not enough by far.
However the most note-worthy thing thus far would be volunteer work with disabled & ill children on holiday programmes.

Countries I've Visited

Belize, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Guatemala, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Viet Nam

Countries I've Lived In

Australia
