Welcome on my profile!
Like everyone here I love to meet people from all around the world. I got infected with the travel bug.
It was my dream to live abroad for some time, so I moved from Frankfurt/Germany to a small island called Malta and then to Poland. Thats maybe a quite unusual way, but I liked it a lot. Actually I grew up in a very small town, so that was even a bigger step than perhaps for someone else. After one year I can say that I learned many new things, also about myself (it changed me in a good way) and I would recommend this experience to everyone. Leave your comfort zone and be open.
Now I am back in Germany and try to build up a new life step by step.
What else? Yeah I think I am a person easy to get along with. Rather calm, so you will probably not see me dancing on the table, but you can still have quality time with me. Guaranteed! Try to be loyal and treat other people with respect, that is very important, especially in nowadays times. I usually laugh a lot and can be entertained with the baddest jokes....so bring it on!
Life isn't about finding yourself it's about creating yourself!
I know thats a flat one, but I had to type in something, didn't I?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Surfing and hosting or just meet people in the city, try to be a guide and help. Go to the weekly meeting sometimes and attend to other events aswell. I even had a small role in an independent movie about CS which was shot in my city.
I offered my couch several times and surfed many places in Europe. Mostly it was great, the references speak for itself. Some people are just incredible, I've never imagined that the system works so well. I remember the first time, it was in Latvia and I was a bit scared of everything. Now I am totally used to travel alone and get acquianted to strangers.
I'm interested in a lot of things. Like many german guys I love football and sometimes also watch basketball. I regularly played poker a few years ago, would be nice to start again. From my trips I collect city maps or magnets.
On weekends I don't go to clubs very often, mostly prefer evenings in a bar, cinema or theater. Recently I got more interested in cooking.
I am also open to try new things. Suggest something we can do together!
- bungee jumping
Music, Movies, and Books
Music...a bit of everything, but I prefer RnB, Rap and Soul Music.
My favorite movies are Comedy, Thriller and Action films. As a kid I watched the Lion King several times and knew the dialogues by heart. Thats an unuseful skill right there!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Bungee Jump of a crane
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you the beautiful language of german and I am currently trying to learn russian via online course. I am switching between having lots of fun and wanting to kill myself....
Moreover I don't know, maybe you can show me your cooking skills. If you own an ukulele, would be cool if you bring it along.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My attention and support, knowledge about Frankfurt and Germany and more.
Small flat - big heart :P
