Hello my name is Tom. I have currently handed over my gardening business to my friend to pursue a life if travel. One day I hope to have my own bit of land in which I can live a sustainable lifestyle off grid and create a little paradise. I am pretty chilled out easy going guy and look forward to meeting like minded interesting people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am currently traveling around and think this is a great way to meet people and see places from a different perspective. I also spent most my teenage years living on floors and couches :) I have got some friends that have recommended this site to me, so look forward to giving it a go. Also I may have my van with me in Europe so if anyone has got a parking space available im more than happy to sleep in the back of my van. . . snail life!

Interests

Rock climbing, yoga, meditation, gardening, juggling, mountain biking, hiking, going to gigs and going out dancing. Generally keeping active and fit. Meeting new interesting people and sharing good experiences and conversation is always a winnner.

Music, Movies, and Books

Dub, reggae, soul, funk, trip hop, singer songwriter, all sorts really, music tastes are endless. sharing music with others is my favourite way of hearing new stuff. I also love going out for a good dance.

I genrally don't watch TV but like watching movies, , I like to watch comedies as laughing is good for the soul :)

Tend to just read books that friends reccomend.

I have just done a course in Tibetan Singing bowl Therapy. If I bring my van I will bring along my bowls too. So if anyone is interested in recieving some singing bowl sound therapy I need the practice!
