Get enough money to travel around the world for 4-6 months
I'm an impulsive, optimistic but also gets easily distracted. I work to live and not opposite.
I can come of as intelectual, but I'm hopeless with names.
Love a good laugh and humor is the best spice of life.
Love to travel because of the sense of freedom it gives me. Also feel that traveling could learn me something I can't get at home. Don't know what yet.
Hope to exspand my view of the world
I don't have some concrete philosophy I follow. I'm a confused agnostic, that keeps all options open.
I try to follow what I like, and don't like to plan more than a year ahead.
As I mentioned above; I work to live and don't live for my work.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
First of all I like to get in touch with people that can help me experience the best there is around the places I'm going to visit.
I don't yet have my own flat, so I can't offer a couch, but in a year or so, I'm setling down and then my new couch shall be bought with CS on my mind!
Totally knew to the concept, but it has happened that I borrowed a couch from a friend of a friend during traveling.
Golf, climbing, sailing, diving, tennis/squash, mountainering, surfing, skiing. Have tried a bunch of other activities as well, but usually only 1 or 2 times. Love to try new things!
Music, Movies, and Books
Music is all about mood and surroundings. My taste is as wide as the world!
I can watch any movie that has good acters and a good plot, but comedy and action is on top. Don't like horror.
My favorit book is; A fine balance. Can't remember any other "must read" books right now.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The thing I'm most proud of, that gave me a feeling of pure joy and made me forget everything else was when I made my last step up the top of Aconcagua (6962m). I got to share the experience with one of my best friends!
Teach, Learn, Share
Always bring a towel! (an idea stolen from the Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy).
In my experience, the best vacations are those with a purpose (other then getting a tan and drink lots of alcohol). Go to a place to learn how to surf, climb a mountain or learn a language. Choose activity and then go to the place where you can get most out of it.
I like to learn scary things, so that they don't seem so scary anymore. I like to learn more about people and hopefully as a consequence learn more about myself.
