About Me
ABOUT ME
I have been trotting the globe for a few years now, never staying in the same country for more than a year or two.
I live in the moment. I don't waste a breath. I'm always learning, exploring and looking for adventure!
All the good things that happen in life are ultimately the connections we make and the moments we share.
PHILOSOPHY
Helping others makes you happy!
Never say no to an opportunity!

Music, Movies, and Books
Books - I like reading travel journals and memoirs, socio-political and economics books and recently I have been reading quite a bit related to positive psychology and philosophy.
Once in a while I read a good old fiction novel as well.
Movies - Anything that makes me laugh or think. Or just pure action and gore will do. I'd say I don't have the most sophisticated taste in films (or maybe a lot of people are just a little too pretentious).
I like most music depending on my mood.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Riding on a motorcycle through Tibet.
Living on a deserted island, surviving with nothing but a machete, a lighter and sheer determination!
Teach, Learn, Share
Some might say I tend to lecture on healthy nutrition.
Well, its true. But I know a hopeless case when I see one.
Countries I’ve Visited
China, Thailand, Tonga

Australia, Austria, Canada, China, Hungary, Switzerland
