Nothing special about me : looove to travel (of course, like everybody on CS), easy-going most of the time, open-minded, a bit shy but also a party guy when the vibe is good. Basically, I try to be proactive, trying new stuff, exploring other activities, sports, musics, lifestyles and cities.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new at CS, so I never hosted (especially because I live in 16m2) and I surfed one time, in Athens... But can we say that smiling to the world is a good participation ?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

2009, Athens.
Well, I traveled a lot, in western europe, in ex-yougoslavia, all along the american east coast, and of course all around in Canada. I just discovered CS and I think from now on it will become my only travel guide.

Interests

I like sports, hockey (of course I'm canadian!), football and frizbee ! I also love music, I play the djembé, the guitar and the piano. Also, I spent half of my life on a bike, pedaling through Canada...the "no motor roadtrips" are just the best. But I think my favorite hobby is to have a cold beer with good friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

For the movies, I'm a bit tired of Hollywood...this year I discovered french cinema, it's great ! For the books, because I study philosophy, most of the time I try to survive when the words of Plato or Kant are messing up with my mind. Other than that, I always enjoy reading my camera user guide...it has been a year and I'm still in the first chapter...great story, I wonder what will happen with my favorite character, the "DC input connection port"... For the music, I absolutely love everything, from country to hip-hop, from classical to the blues. And I'll never get bored of Jimi Hendrix and B.B. King.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Since four years, every summer, I ride my bike from Montreal to an island near Quebec city (360km) within 2 days...personally I surprise myself every year ! The most impressive thing I've ever seen was the French Alps.. if you like to ski, it's a must !
