ABOUT ME

I'm an Englishman who moved to the USA in 1998 to marry my partner who I met on AOL pen-pals. I’ve always been curious about how things work, and I enjoy helping others learn. I don’t know all the answers, but I have a knack for research and am confident I can find a solution. My professional background includes quality management and lean manufacturing, technology support, training and development, and process improvement in a corporate environment. Capturing subject matter expert’s knowledge using screen-casting and voice recording tools has enabled me to take the knowledge of one and share it with many. My passion is helping people leverage technology to make their lives easier. In 2014 I'm dividing my time between a variety of volunteer works and starting an entity that enables clients to recycle repeatable orientation, training, and work processes through screen-casting.
