I love visiting new places and traveling "off the beaten path" to experience local culture. I rarely get lost - I just discover new ways to get there! I believe a sense of humor and perspective are essentials when traveling.

I have three grown children who, when they are not in college, are often traveling around the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A long time ago, I rode on top of a moving steam-engine train (like in the movies!) Oh... and a different time my friends and I were almost completely out of money and a train conductor let us ride in the engine - that was amazing! Of course, those were both a long time ago ... :-) Recently, I quite my professional corporate career and have started a tour business which allows me to travel and to help other have amazing travel experiences.
