ABOUT ME

I am a Canadian student and am currently studying abroad in Helsinki, Finland. I study communication and it's probably because I can't shut up. I got the travel bug years ago, and since then there is simply no turning back. My lifelong dreams are to meet some polar bears in Churchill, Manitoba, Canada, visit Antarctica, win The Amazing Race and write a book (preferably a Lonely Planet guide). I never travel without my rain boots.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A flat mate of mine just had his first couch surfer and he was awesome! Since then, I knew I'd love it.

My favourite travel memory was standing between two tectonic plates in Iceland with no one around except for me, a waterfall, trees, mountains and my best friend.

Also, floating in the dead sea.

Oh and dogsledding and seeing the Northern Lights in Finnish Lapland.
