ABOUT ME

I'm completing my residency right now. I love meeting people from different parts of the world. Although it's hard for me to travel now (residency has me tied down), I would love to welcome other travelers into my home. I am also available to meet for site-seeing/going out.

PHILOSOPHY

Treat others w/ respect and dignity. Don't take life too seriously (at least I try not to). Stay close to friends and family.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My couch availability will highly depend on my work schedule. When my schedule is light, I'll be able to host 1-2 people at my apt. When my schedule is busier, I can still at least meet you out for some site-seeing or fun on the weekends. I live north of downtown Chicago near two subway stations.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted 1 person so far. I absolutely loved it and made a new friend!

I like dancing salsa and am currently on a salsa team. I'm a night owl. I love playing video games, but I don't have much time for them these days w/ work. I try my best to be open-minded and welcoming to others both in my home and in life in general. I love pets, and I have a dog, but he mostly stays w/ my brother while I'm in residency. I love board games and ethnic food. I like to work on little art projects at home like decorating lamp shades, picture frames, and making Halloween costumes. I like hiking and the outdoors. My favorite colors are red and yellow (anything bright)! I love visiting the national parks in the U.S., and of course, I love traveling! I've lived abroad, worked abroad, and have traveled just for fun.
