About Me

Hi. I'm flowing with life, doing the global citizen thing, and it seems to be working. Together with my wife we have a yoga teacher training business, working mostly in Bali and Thailand at this time. I also work as a life couch, facilitating on-line groups. Though the world that seems to be wobbling of its axis at the moment, and still so delicious in so many ways. I try to honor it as best I can, in every moment, with acceptance and gratitude.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Ah, the pros and cons of being nomadic! Obtaining accommodation through standard channels in developed nations is expensive! Thus, it only makes sense to share! Also, we build a beautiful round wooden house in the cool town of Nelson, British Columbia, and anyone I stay with where the vibes are good is welcome to stay with us in the Great White North (when we're there!)

Music, Movies, and Books

Organic, roots-rock, soul, singer songwriter stuff. In all cases, I'm a huge fan of good lyrics! Movies-anything beautiful, provocative, anything with deep meaning and well-made. Anything from what I call "Source Productions" ;). Books-Tom Robbins remains the benchmark, he's by far my favorite author. Need I say more?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Oh, gee, gosh...it's all amazing, isn't it? Well I guess I'll go with hiking through the Himalayas for a month-that was pretty amazing!

Teach, Learn, Share

YES to all! I find myself doing just that. I love coaching (not to be confused with "couching" which is also nice ;) as its really just about being as present as possible with people, and then serving them, and the moment at hand, in the best way I can. So its really just an orientation to life rather than something one "does" as I see it.

What I Can Share with Hosts
