About Me

What is the difference between exploring and being lost? The Journey is the Destination.

I am a college student in the lovely state of Pennsylvania. I play ice hockey, have seven younger siblings, am in love with my roommate, and love the Chicago Bears and the Cubs. Sometimes, when I'm bored, I make up plans for my life like joining the CIA or purposely ratting out a member of the Mob so I can be swooped away by the Witness Protection Program. When I grow up, I want to be a doctor and save the world!

"Safari as a Way of Life: To explore the unknown and the familiar, distant and near, and to record in detail with the eyes of child, any beauty (of the flesh or otherwise), horror, irony, traces of utopia or Hell. Select your team with care, but when in doubt, take on some new crew and give them a chance. But avoid at all costs fluctuations of sincerity, with your best people."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I live in a dorm not large enough for a medium-sized poodle, I do not suppose than anyone would like to surf with me. But, if any fellow surfers would like a cup of coffee or a tour of Philadelphia, I would willingly oblige!

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't have many marketable skills, but if you so wish, I could probably teach you how to do a back-flip. I could also show you around Chicago or Philadelphia. I could teach you how to write in mirror-image or drive a manual car as well. I would like to learn about new cities, try new foods, and have a good time!
