Hi beautiful couchsurfers!

These days I am living in my van, Fia, in Oslo. My space is probably one of the smallest one in Oslo on Couchsurfing, but very open to share what I got.

I feel that I find it harder and harder to define myself in words, as I am exploring my existence, meeting new people, hearing stories and finding new ways to get access to joy, I can see my self expanding outside the limits I had previously had around me. For every day that comes I fall more in love with life itself and all the beautiful interactions and experiences that is possible as a human. The last year has been deeply profound for me, through the people I have met, the conversations I have had, the beautiful sunsets seems to get more and more beautiful for every time the sun sets.

In a way it feels absurd to feel better and better in a world that continously shows it chaos in different ways, but it has shown me that it is through genuine human connection, play and laughter that we can access more of the potential we have as species and create sustainable change and a brigther future.

And for myself, I feel like I am just in the start of exploring the joys of being a human - with ecstatic dance, breathwork, meditation, nature and everything there inbetween.

A small piece from my hitch hiking reflections:
"The value of trust. For me is the mutual trust that unfolds through hitchhiking between two strangers the most magical and pure type of trust I have felt. My own love for trust between strangers has developed through what I see as a society that is increasingly being driven by fear of each other as individuals. This fear becomes so clear to me through the lens of hitchhiking. When speaking about hitchhiking with people around me I have gotten a deeper understanding of how it is viewed in today's society (especially with Norwegians). Most people I speak to would never pick up a hitchhiker in fear of what that person could do and most people would never hitchhike in fear of that the person picking them up could do. I am not saying that there is no risk in hitchhiking, because there is, but as far as I have experienced, life itself is a risk and we then stand with the choice of what experiences would we enjoy in a life that it is riskful in itself, independent if those choices increase the risk of something bad, but then also increases the chances of feeling alive. I think one of the beautiful things about trust and hitchhiking is that the trust that appears between those strangers is a choice taken in a matter of seconds, coming out of nowhere, from the second they see the hitchhiker, to the moment they stop the car and the hitchhiker gets in."

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing because in general love people, and because the concept of Couchsurfing including the trust, kindness and sharing of wisdom truly warms my heart. Since I discovered it when I was 18 to this day it is one of my favorite platforms, as it gives me access to people all around the world from all walks of life, with at least one thing in common that we are here on Couchsurfing.

Ecstatic dance, consciousness, meditation, breathwork, nature, sunsets, reading, philosophy, cooking, growing vegetables, video and photography, dancing, playing, laughing, hiking, sewing, be by myself but also celebrating life in different types of gatherings by the fire with other people.

Favorite books must be Shantaram, The Road Less Travelled, Gene Keys, The Five Agreements and my own diaries haha.

When it comes to movies there are a couple movies who have touched my heart which is Into the Wild and Captian Fantastic.

I think so far I have skinny dipped in every part of the ocean I have been close to around the world

I can teach Norwegian, have breathwork session and I make pretty good vegan banana pancakes and limonade.
