Overview
About Me
Hi I'm Camille, I'm a French student in literature and human sciences (such as history, philosophy, mythology...). I live in Paris for my studies but I'm from suburb. I've past my childhood in a little house near cows, running on the fields ... Now I love living in a big city like Paris because there are so much things to do: museum, strolling along the Seine river, hanging in bars at night...
I often travel across France because my boyfriend works on different places, and I like following him everywhere he goes ^_^
I travelled a lot in Morocco because my father lives there. I learnt a lot during my stays about arabian culture such as muslim religion, calligraphy, language, cooking... I consider Marrakech as my second home!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing in order to have the possibility to travel a lot and to meet a lot of different people who are on the same wavelenght. I wish to meet wonderful people during my stays. I don't have much experience in couchsurfing but I think that the best way to learn more about a country and its language and culture is to get closer to locals. I think that it's an enriching experience for both host and guest. I'm excited in discovering a new way of travelling!
Interests
I spend my time reading books, watching films (especially road movies and romances) and walking on the streets of Paris with my friends. I love photography, painting, cinema and art in general. My favourite books are The Catcher in the rye and Wuthering Heights. I like every kind of music: rock'n roll, pop, electro, jazz...
I manage to find time (and motivation) to do sport during the week. I like swimming and dancing.
