ABOUT ME

I got to rewrite this profile every year or so, because so much changes all the time...
I'm a nature boy and happy camper. Loving the outdoors, movement and had tons of hobbies, but truth is I can't do them all. So things keep changing.
I'm the moment of writing I do a lot of dancing. Contact improvisation and Tango mostly.
I run a podcast about health and that currently fills a lot of my day.
Also I have an awesome daughter in France, with which I spend time when possible.

PHILOSOPHY

None really. And if i had one, it would probably be changed by tomorrow.
I concentrate on living in the now.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I both host and want to be hosted. I expect from CS to know places and people in a very different way than being a normal tourist when I´m a guest.
As a host, it´s great to have some fantastic people staying with me, cook together, chat, do things together and so on.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I´m quite disconnected from movies and that stuff. I haven't got a TV for around 15 years.
Music: Everything that reaches my heart. That might be everything from Operas to death-metal. here´s a small list of artists that i like: Oi Va Voi, David Sylvian, John Butler, Massive Attack, System of a down, Mercan Dede, Tom Waits, Frank Zappa, Imogen Heap, Clara Hill, Skye, and so on...
I´m always on the hunt for new music.
