I´m 21, studying Civil Engineering at TU Berlin. I grew up in Düsseldorf and moved to Berlin for studying political science - then I wanted to do something more practical. I love the theaters, concerts and of course the bars of Berlin.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I was 10 years old, I asked my mum, who is a passionate traveller, why we never stayed in all-inclusive-hotels. It wasn't until I spend a trip with friends in one of those that I fully understood her reply. She said: travelling is about experiencing and enjoying a foreign place like it really is and thereby experiencing and enjoying yourself like you really are.
I do think there is no better way to do this than couchsurfing!
Furthermore I do hope to have some nice new experiences hosting people someday, when I got a flat fit to it.
