Right now I travel Canada for 4 month.

ABOUT ME

Usually I live in Vienna with my husband, sometimes we share our apartment with our grown/up-children and other young people.
Right now I have a 4 month leave from my job and am traveling Canada. My first weeks in Canada I spent in Toronto, volunteering with an Arts-and Nature-program for children with and without disabilities. Then I traveled from east to west, I have not crossed the Rockies yet but I will very soon ...

Right now I am on the couch-seeking side of this project, but as soon as I am back in Vienna I hope for a steady stream of guests!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first was in Halifax, very nice!! I was glad to meet Ray!
I have learned about couchsurfing from my daughter who has already been surfing through Europe, but I am definitely a newcomer.

Music, Movies, and Books

I read fiction. My favorite Canadian author up to now is Alice Munro.
Concerning music I love Jazz, classical music, Balkan-gypsy-music and a lot more. I play the piano, not really good, but I love to do it.
