About Me

trying not to be destroyed by sdult life

I'm very easy going and always interested in meeting new people and having long, nice conversations in front of a cup of tea/cofee/beer/wine. I'm a very good listener and I wish I was a better story teller. Apart from the cultural stuff I love walking around and getting lost in foreign cities. I'm a big fan of going out for a few beers, not a crazy dancer or a party animal though :)

this is a difficult one... let's say I try to get to know myself better, don't follow the easy path but discover my own, try to do the things that I like to live as happy as possible, and be surrounded by the people I love.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to start by travelling abroad and trying to find nice people who would host me. When I come back I'd like to start hosting people myself, but I guess I'll have to discuss it with my 5 flatmates first...

cinema, literature, theatre, going out with friends, going for walks, sleeping, drinking tea and beer, music, studying, swimming, etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

This could take me ages :) Just a few:
-the hours, mulholland drive, classic hollywood (30-50), three colours, funny games, all david lynch and michael haneke and pedro almodóvar, horror movies...
-the strokes, leonard cohen, devendra banhart, philip glass, radiohead...
-lolita, the little prince, michael cunningham, virginia woolf, herman hesse, leaves of grass...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I guess the esperience that changed me most was studying and living abroad. It changed my life and expanded my horizons completely.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I've been teaching Spanish in England so I guess I could be useful for someone willing to practice the language for a few days.
