About Me

I love new experiences, whether in the form of meeting new peoples, trying something new, exploring a new place, eating new food, just want to try and see something that I hadn't before!

Im currently a nursing student doing an internship in Durham, and really want to see all the beauty of NC while I'm here for the summer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing helps combine a love of new places with meeting new people, and usually people that know the area well and can really point you in the right direction (or join!) to explore the area!

Interests

I love nursing, its more than just a job for me, it really is a passion of mine.

I constantly need "nature therapy" just time out doors to disconnect from everyday life. I love hiking, biking, tubing, rafting, or just lazying out doors :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: a random assortment of music from purity ring, broods, (more electronic) to slightly stoopid, sublime, the dirty heads (more reggae) to whatever catches my interest. & No doubt is magic!

Movies: Silly movies, action and then more thinkers and thrillers. My favs: Monty Python & the holy grail, Donnie Darko, 50/50, Horns, Lord of the Rings Series.. and more

Books: currently reading game of thrones and loving it! I like books that show you how someone else lives: memories of a geisha, the kite runner

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my favorite traveling memories: getting an authentic Ukrainian village experience. Visited some of my mothers family, expored their farm property, saw how beautiful a simple life can be, met the family, had dinner with the fmaily, got drunk on home made poison ivy vodka with the family, it changed how I viewed my own life and how little you need to be happy

Countries I’ve Lived In
