My name is Valerie and I am 25 years old. I am currently studying Public Administration at Radboud University in Nijmegen, but will be finishing my master thesis this summer. After graduating from university, I hope to find a job in government administration, national or local. I am a relaxed, outgoing person that enjoys movie night as much as party night. As a traveller I like exploring new countries and meeting new people. I like doing so with friends as well as on my own. I am not a big fan of complaining as I am a pretty flexible person myself. I hope to see as much of the world as possible in my lifetime.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I think it is a great way of staying in a country. It allows you to live in a culture and meet the locals, contrary to staying in a sterile hotel room and feeling like a tourist. And of course, it beats a hotel room financially.
