I am a documentary filmmaker/producer. I have worked with film production companies and international film festivals in Prague and India and I work as a freelance producer with international media.

I am a complete nomad. I work for half the year and the rest half is spent exploring new places, people and cultures. I have travelled a lot around India and now I'd like to see more of the world.

I love films by Wong Kar Wai, Stanley Kubrick, Abbas Kiarostami, Michael Haneke, Ang Lee, Jafar Panahi, Kurosawa.

When I am not watching a film or listening to music, I read and that has been my passion since childhood - Naguib Mahfouz, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, JD Salinger, George Orwell, Haruki Murakami, Zadie Smith, Salman Rushdie, Amitav Ghosh, Milan Kundera, James Joyce, Anton Chekov, Dostoevsky, Jhumpa Lahiri, Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni, Mario Vargas Llosa, Bohumil Hrabal. Apart from books, I read everything I can get my hands on - bottle caps, magazines, instruction manuals, newspapers, signs in languages I don't understand. I am in love with words.

I am more than happy to help you around the house. I can do a nice portrait of you and make you origami paper cranes for decorating your house. I can cook a three course Indian meal for us - all vegan, made with tons of love and laughter.
