About Me

Make Great Friends and Make a difference

Describing myself seems to an impossible mission, so I will try my best but honestly I wouldnâ

I spent a lot of time thinking about this.My personal philosophy is always to stirve to make a difference. This difference or change need not be big and eventful. It just needs to start from a desire as we all have this amazing potential to change ourselves and the world around us for the better, if we can channel our skills and time.

Greed is the greatest venom, a bit may be a stimulant, but a significant dose is surely letal.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Until Dec 2007, I was based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. The CS scene was not only amazing but also inspiring. The people here have made me a better person and thank the all. CS KL/Malaysia is just filled with warm and kind people. Please check them out and please visit Malaysia, you won’t regret it.

From Jan 2008, my life would change dramatically. I am set to life my dreams and conquer my fear. I am going travel the world and attempt to understand what actually makes the world tick. We are all blessed with such a wonderful planet; it would be shame not to experience its beauty and splendor.

Wish me luck but I will not go far without your help, my dear fellow CSs! Very much hope to meet all of you, to learn, teach and share.Really excited about participating and contributing more to help this incredible online community. Allow me to couch surf my way across your world. Soon to be in a town or actually a couch near you.

Creating friendships and bonds every other day has been an amazing experience. The CS community in KL/Malaysia has been amazing and the travelers that have hosted are just gems of friends. I strongly believe that CS is more than finding a couch or bed to bunk over for the night. I believe it is creating bonds and friendship between long lost soul mates. I have found many. Thank you CS.

While growing up i would envied those who travel and come back to tell tales. I developed the desire to travel the world and document it. Till recently i could never find the prefect time/reason/ to travel.
To me traveling is not just seeing the sights and snapping pictures for the albums. It is about meeting the residents and learning about their history, culture and ways of life.

Music, Movies, and Books

Film is one of the greatest form of expression. It is a wonderful medium thats allows the film maker to express his/her view of the world.
Recently just aquinted myself to the joy of reading. A good writer is one who allows the readers to be able to relate to the story line and feel the connection to the world within the book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The one amazing thing that makes me proud every time, would be building a house from scatch. The story is, a group of 3 young and healthy lads decided to build a house for the family who had lost everything in a great fire. The project took about 45 days. A great deal of money. The reward, priceless.
