To live and let live
Shalom!) My name is Vera! I am orignally from Odessa, Ukraine and I have lived all over the place :) I have lived in Moscow, Russia and hosted hitchhikers and couchsurfers.
Now I live with my cool boyfriend Arie in Tel Aviv, and we can host people when we are around =) We are totally hospitable, fun and positive! We can go out and show you around and just help you with some directions if you need!
I'm a really easy, laid back person and I love to experience new cultures and new views of the world - and I prefer to do it from an unusual, borderline bizzare when possible, point.
I love cooking and I dream of becoming a professional chef. I really hope to exchange my knowledge and learn some new skills from people around the world.
My boyfriend Arie is the smartest person I have ever met and he has the greatest sense of humor in the world!(Thats's just my opinion, but you can come and try it for yourself)
He is interested in learning different languages, such as Japanese and Deutsch. I would like to learn some French and improve my English, which is not as well as I would like it to be.
And I'm also learning Hebrew.
We both are in love with Tel Aviv, it's history, it's atmosphere, Bauhaus architecture. Arie can tell you a lot of interesting things about this fantastic city.
Live and let live, as stated before =)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We'd love to couchsurf and get to know new, cool people, and we'd love to have someone stay at our (as much as it can be called ours) place in Tel Aviv whenever possible!
I've hosted some hitchhikers and surfers in Russia and Ukraine. Some of my best friends I have met through these wonderful experiences.
We like creative people, good (sometimes old fashioned) music and nature. We like to learn new things, sometimes things most people would consider totally irrelevant, but we like it anyway ;)
